# Tekan Tech Raises Multi-Million RMB Angel (FreeS Funds + Jiacheng) for AI Video SaaS

On **Dec 15, 2022**, AI+data video-production SaaS **Tekan Tech (特看科技)** closed a multi-million RMB angel round led by **FreeS Funds (峰瑞资本)** with **Jiacheng Capital (嘉程资本)** participating. Proceeds: product/tech platform build-out and global expansion.

Founded **Jun 2022**, Tekan serves TikTok cross-border merchants with three patented products: hyper-realistic AI virtual-host tools, short-video analytics & ops strategy, and intelligent video creation — script (brain) + digital human (body) + assets (SKU) assembled into live/video tools for mid-tier ecom merchants. Live products: overseas ecom analytics & AI video gen at **Tabcut.com**, and digital-human live tool “Zhubo Bao (主播宝)”.

CEO **Wu Chunsong (乐乘)**: ex-Alibaba senior PM, led Intelligent Design Lab / Luban AI design, then Taobao content tools (Qinpai App). CTO **Chen Binghui**: ex-Alibaba, UC browser kernel lead, Taobao content mid-platform video tech. Wu on AIGC: two breakthroughs — semantic analysis/summarization (ChatGPT-style) and pixel-level generation that collapses production cost; future closed-loop of production↔distribution data will reverse-guide AIGC. Near-term focus: (1) go-global video/live tools; (2) closed-loop content production→spend data — first via standalone TikTok ecom data tool. TikTok Shop scaled in SEA and opened US closed-loop shop Nov 2022; TikTok hit ~1B DAU. FreeS’s Chen Shi and Jiacheng’s Chen Yingyu both cite China’s Video-First lead and Tekan’s decade of Double-11 AIGC experience as scarce globally.
