Yiyou: live streaming, influencer incubation, marketing/sales in China; agent for celebrity livestreamer **Sihuo Jiejie Zhang Yanyan** (四火姐姐张棪琰) — 2.36M Douyin fans; successful star→live pivot (vs many celebrity live flops). >3,000 celebrities have tried live commerce. Yiyou plans TikTok cross-border ecom with pro teams. First external financing; two natural persons owned 100%. Zhongda: securities/futures, financial investment, lending — also expanding related consulting.
