On **Feb 13, 2023**, no-code XR tool platform **Feidie XR** (飞蝶XR) raised multi-ten-million RMB **A+** from Kaisheng Ventures’ Southeast Industrial Fund. Proceeds: iterate “Feidie Lingchuang / XR CreateX.” Prior backers: CICC Tourism Fund, Infore Capital, Zhongqi Longtai.

Founded 2016 — zero-code XR content + multiplayer metaverse scenes; 3,000+ edu/enterprise/culture-tourism/marketing/gov scenes. 10k+ paying XR creators. World-first tool supporting no-code + low-code + Python in one stack. 2019: first China “author once, run on many XR terminals” multimodal playback. Low-code engine: drag-drop physics + custom functions — lower barrier than Roblox custom scripting.

Thesis: early metaverse core = digital-physical content; need reliable cheap production. Asset base: 1M+ “people-goods-place” KG relations, 50k+ models, 3,000+ effects, 1,000+ scenes, 4,000+ finished XR pieces — early text-script→XR AIGC data ready.
