Penetration still <15% in US/DE/JP 2021; China 4.39%. Forecasts: global/China ~$13B/$5B by 2025 (Zhongyan). Two tech leaps: random→global planning navigation; self-clean/self-empty bases. Same SKU usually cheapest on Amazon, dearest on BestBuy (Roomba 694, Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra).

**Reviews (11 markets):** ~67.9% positive / 24% negative; avg 3.8 — Italy/CA/BE/DE/FR/NL ~4.2; US 3.6 (~31% negative).
