# Guangwei Culture Raises Funding from Huaguoshan Media for Ecommerce AI

On **June 13, 2023**, ecommerce AI solutions provider **Guangwei Culture (光唯文化)** announced investment from **Huaguoshan Media (花果山传媒)** — following earlier rounds from **Chuangfeng Capital** and **Chizi Fund**.

Product stack lowers the barrier into livestream ecommerce: digital-human livestream selling; vertical ecommerce AI models for livestream scripts, copy, and product scene images. After private LLM deploy, the company fine-tunes for the vertical. Team from ByteDance, Kuaishou, iFlytek — mixing AI product/tech with hands-on ecommerce/livestream operators.

New partner **Shi Tinghao** (Fudan): previously shipped AI solutions across finance, culture, marketing, education — including iFlytek Foresee Superbrain, digital-human police assistant, Huawei next-gen KM platform.

Huaguoshan (Bilibili ecosystem firm) has trained/placed thousands of animation/game talent for Tencent, NetEase, miHoYo; sees content/creativity as the core across VR/AI/new media and will co-build a creative-talent sharing platform with Guangwei.

Founded **2015**, HQ Shanghai, teams in Zhongguancun Beijing and Hangzhou; early VR interactive film/livestream systems with international patents; awards include China VR/AR Golden Duo and AMIA Asia silver; named among Shanghai Top 50 most investable startups.
