# Baidu Intelligent Cloud AI Accelerator × Unique Capital Track — Now Open for Signup

If any Chinese firm has structural edge in the AI arms race, Baidu is a top candidate: rare full-stack across applications, models, frameworks, and chips with end-to-end optimization and key self-built tech at each layer. On Aug 31, ERNIE Bot opened fully to the public.

Beyond self-build, Baidu keeps partnering upstream/downstream for industry AI landing. In March it launched **Qianfan Large Model Platform**—among the first one-stop enterprise LLM platforms: ERNIE + third-party models plus full develop/apply toolchain (retrain, instruction fine-tune) so customers can build private models efficiently and cheaply.

In July the AI Accelerator launched the Qianfan special recruiting plan. Sep 2–3, Batch-1 camp opened at Baidu Tower: 15 AI startups (Shanghai Xiniu, Beijing Guqi Data, Beijing Fenghuo Wanjia, Shanghai Zhiqian, etc.) received tech evangelism, expert coaching, Qianfan resources, financing acceleration, and brand support.

Because selected firms are for-profit, capital help accelerates commercialization.
