Chip compile/optimize infra; founder Cui Huimin (Tsinghua CS; CAS ICT compile lead). Virtual-ISA JVM-like cross-platform backend to fix fragmented domestic-chip compile stacks. Flagship: multi-chip LLM inference optimize tool; partners head AI chip/HW vendors; model: chip co-dev, licenses, cloud/DC. Aims more efficient, general compute optimization for China’s chip stack.
