Unique deal
GreenSen Industrial Products (绿森工业品), a cross-border supply-chain and technical-services platform focused on electromechanical products, machinery, and industrial consumables, has closed a tens-of-millions RMB angel round. Unique Capital served as financial advisor (FA). The company is advancing a Pre-A.
Company
Founded May 2020 in Nanjing. Serves factory customers in emerging markets — Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Central Asia — with industrial cross-border procurement and engineering technical services. Team ~50; core members bring industrial engineering design, install/delivery, and international trade buy/sell experience.
Electromechanical goods are a major slice of China’s export mix, but online industrial-goods export is still early — mostly Ali International, Amazon Business, and leading domestic industrial supply platforms. Vs softening Western demand, Middle East and other emerging markets are in a big-infrastructure / industrialization window: demand rising, historical suppliers often Western factories (expensive, slow service). China has dense industrial supply chains and industrial engineers — better on quality, price, and technical response speed.
GreenSen focuses on mid/large electromechanical and machinery SKUs for heavy industry plus industrial consumables — not only small hardware / PPE. Vs single-SKU traders with weak service, GreenSen’s online/offline after-sales ops support plants that need higher technical service.
Platform & GTM
~1,000+ supplier relationships, expanded to order demand. Own independent site plus in-house intelligent SaaS integrating design, sales, logistics, and technical service — already open to some suppliers; platformization planned after scale. Customer acquisition mainly social media (~70–80% of orders); rest from existing relationships and referrals; repeat rate 80–90%. Served 400+ factory customers; ~2,000 intent leads. Building a live team for TikTok and other live platforms.
Operating mode: quasi-self-operated — overseas order → supplier RFQ → buy/produce/deliver; margin from product profit. Last year GMV ~$3M; this year targeting 3–4× growth to ~$10M and already at break-even.
Use of proceeds
Expand tech team; deepen digital/intelligent SaaS and open it to more suppliers; accelerate overseas offline service network — offices already in Ethiopia and Turkey; Egypt and Saudi planned before year-end, plus more overseas agents; grow SKU into oil/gas, chemicals, metallurgy, etc.
