Proceeds go to product R&D, go-to-market, and team growth.
Team
R&D staff exceed 80% of headcount. Founder & CEO Yang Jinsong was product director at Alibaba DAMO Academy with deep AI product and commercialization experience. Core members come from DAMO, Tencent, ByteDance, Amazon AWS, and Google.
From paying for tools to paying for outcomes
Classic enterprise work trains people on many apps; hours vanish into search, data wrangling, and tool-hopping. Agents flip the model: staff state goals in natural language; Agents plan, log, and execute — humans keep key decisions. Yang’s north star is the LLM “last mile”: a new AI system architecture for human–Agent collaboration that targets 10× productivity for 1 billion knowledge workers worldwide.
Three product lines
Copilot — software-bound assistants that raise office throughput. Business auto-cruise — a new entry that absorbs business logic with little training. Autonomous Agents — fully autonomous understand → plan → execute → feedback loops. AutoAgents.ai claims the industry’s first autonomous-agent product proven in live scenes (e.g. 24/7 social-account planning and ops).
Model & traction
Main GTM: scene solutions for mid/large government and enterprise clients, plus high-value enterprise LLM products that cut delivery cost and cycle time. Deep partnerships with Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Innosen, and peers. Commercial orders already in the millions RMB; logos include State Grid, Antong Taikang, Offshore Oil Engineering, and a provincial HRSS bureau. Live projects: contract-review Agent, smart support, vaccine knowledge base, flight-booking Agent.
