# Call for Entries | CCIA 2023 Outstanding AI Cases

As AI spread through healthcare, finance, energy, manufacturing, education, retail, transport, and carriers in 2023, China saw a wave of practical, innovative deployments. To surface and share them, the AI Special Committee of the **China Communications Industry Association (CCIA)** launched the **CCIA 2023 Outstanding Artificial Intelligence Cases** call. **Unique Capital** is a recommending organization assisting the drive.

## Purpose

Find and promote outstanding AI cases; deepen results evaluation and academic review. Winners should show innovation, practicality, influence, and sustainability — as reference for peers. Results will be announced at the **CCIAAI Artificial Intelligence Industry Seminar** and amplified across CCIA / AI Special Committee official media.

## Scope

Cases across domains including (not limited to) foundation models, generative AI, smart manufacturing, speech recognition, image recognition, recommendation, customer service, smart healthcare, smart finance, autonomous driving, and smart education — plus cross-sector innovations.

## Entry rules

1.  Applicants need real production / deployment experience.
2.  Materials must be factual, clear, and detailed — no false or exaggerated claims.
3.  Results must not involve state secrets or trade secrets, and must not infringe others’ rights.
4.  Organizers commit to keep submissions confidential and not use them outside this program.

## Evaluation criteria

-   **Innovation** — tech, application, and business-model novelty
-   **Practicality** — real-world effect and value (efficiency, cost, etc.)
-   **Influence** — industry impact and lessons for others
-   **Sustainability** — tech, market, and environmental staying power

## Support for winners

1.  Announcement and certificates around end-**March 2024** at the CCIAAI seminar (CCIA + AI Special Committee).
2.  Priority promotion on CCIA / AI Special Committee sites and WeChat channels.
3.  Inclusion in the CCIA Outstanding AI Cases collection.
