Guangdong Yun Kuaifan Technology Co., Ltd. (Yun Kuaifan / 云快反) — a vertical integrated supply-chain company focused on apparel — has closed a tens-of-millions-RMB Pre-A+ round led by Tianze Jinniu Capital (天泽金牛资本), and is raising Series A, with Unique Capital as financial advisor. Prior backers include Linear Capital (九合创投), Redpoint China, and Dexun Investment (德迅投资). Proceeds will mainly buy new equipment, expand digital-print capacity, and strengthen AI product development.
AIGC for digital print — helping fast fashion raise originality
Founded in 2020, Yun Kuaifan positions as a digital-print supply-chain platform. With owned print capacity it links many SME contract factories, garment makers, fabric houses, and fast-fashion brands. The goal: use fast-response capability to deliver quality, affordable, quick-turn digital fabrics.
Digital printing uses digital processing and print tech to put patterns and color on textiles. It enabled fast fashion’s rise — but chasing hit designs can bring IP risk. Yun Kuaifan is applying AIGC to design and pattern-making to raise design efficiency and variety and reduce infringement risk.
Using AI, Yun Kuaifan generates creative patterns matched to brand demand and quickly produces digital-print fabric. Design → production → fabric delivery can finish within 48 hours — a large design-efficiency lift that supports rapid SKU refresh.
Pattern design is only one link. Yun Kuaifan also offers a standardized quality-control stack: unified ink materials, digital-print fabrics, BOM sheets and process data packs, plus a self-built digital-print production-control ERP SaaS — to lock quality at scale.
In 2023, revenue approached ¥50M, mainly from digital-print fabric sales and order sharing. The company is in a volume ramp: orders exceed supply capacity.
In an AI-everywhere era, the challenge is standing out among many AIGC-tool users. Yun Kuaifan’s core edge is vertical integrated fast-response supply chain — starting from digital-print dye R&D and production, then organizing SME factories downstream for scale.
Next it plans to extend into finished garments, using digital print to connect channels, e-commerce platforms, influencers, brands, and designers — distributed production, local delivery, creative monetization — toward a fuller industrial internet platform.
