Welcome AutoAgents.ai as a Unique Partner

Unique Research · Partner welcome · May 23, 2024

2024 is the commercialization year for AIGC. To deepen support for AIGC startups, Unique Capital and Unique Research launched the Unique Partner Network (UPN). Unique Capital and Unique Research will keep empowering China’s AIGC innovation; through Unique Research we will continue introducing our Unique Partners.

We are pleased to welcome AutoAgents.ai (未来式智能 / Beijing Future-Style Intelligent Technology) as a Unique Partner.

About AutoAgents.ai

Beijing Future-Style Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (AutoAgents.ai), founded in June 2023, is a leading provider of enterprise scene-landing solutions for large language models. Its self-built Agent platform Lingda (灵搭) addresses the “last mile” from foundation models to production scenes — aiming to make 1 billion knowledge workers worldwide 10× more effective.

Core co-founders come from Alibaba DAMO Academy and previously led platform-scale AI products into market — including Tongyi-Alicemind (China’s first open LLM platform). R&D exceeds 80% of headcount. The technical team brings years of AI experience from Alibaba DAMO, Tencent, ByteDance, Amazon AWS, Google and other leading cloud/AI firms.

The core product is the enterprise AI Agent platform Lingda, built on a self-developed Multi-Agent architecture. Lingda combines LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and Multi-Agent techniques to understand complex enterprise workflows and deliver scene-level Autonomous Agent, AI Copilot, and Autopilot solutions.

Focused on enterprise services, AutoAgents partners with multiple domestic model vendors on landing practices across energy & power, finance, education, healthcare, manufacturing, and broader internet — with customers including State Grid, FAW Group, Kunlun Tech, LG, Antong Kangtai, and Crazy Sports.

Certifications include Zhongguancun High-Tech Enterprise, ISO9001, ISO27001, and ISO20000, plus Agent-related patents and software copyrights. The company is a lead drafting unit for CAICT’s large-model Agent industry standard, and won Unique Research’s 2023 CHINA AIGC100.

Core product, services & advantages

Lingda’s platform advantages:

  • Works with mainstream open- and closed-source LLMs at home and abroad; multi-model mix for enterprise scene ecosystems and gov/industry solutions.
  • Flexible visual no-code app building and Text-to-Agent — describe a business flow, build an application; faster to learn and operate.
  • Instant publish — web / mini-program / API and more; Agent apps deploy in minutes.
  • Enterprise access control by Agent permission; encrypted communication to reduce data-leak risk.
  • Multi-Agent collaboration — human–machine pipelines for knowledge workers in complex scenes.

Edges versus peers

  1. Enterprise-grade Agent design — aligned with CAICT Agent industry standards on information security, data management, and service stability.
  2. Built for business and IT users, not only LLM developers — model capability abstracted into functional modules; proprietary Text-to-Agent lowers the barrier. Competitors often target model developers with higher technical thresholds.
  3. Self-developed Multi-Agent framework — flexible composition of Agent memory, planning, and tool use; patented center-dispatch Agent organization for complex business flows — better fit for enterprise users.

Reference customer cases

Case 1: Manufacturing — FAW Group (China FAW)

Pain points. No centralized platform to integrate and share auto-repair knowledge — hard for technicians to find answers on complex issues. Need for Chinese–English bilingual support across regions. Customer feedback, issue localization, and solution discussion consumed heavy time and headcount.

Approach. Combined LLM, Agent, and RAG into an integrated vehicle remote-maintenance platform — historical repair cases, technical bulletins, and more — as an auto-repair knowledge assistant. Visual task orchestration quickly assembled Q&A, booking, expert invitation, and related modules; system live within two weeks.

Results. Expert experience and case knowledge reached front-line technicians, narrowing skill gaps and raising service level. Centralized knowledge shortened troubleshooting time and improved repair efficiency. Bilingual support improved overseas 4S experience and international service standardization. Automated meeting summaries and feedback handling sped internal information flow for management decisions.

Case 2: Power — State Grid East China Branch

Pain points. Manual compliance review was a headcount bottleneck, delaying contract and document signing for grid projects. Critical clauses could be missed — legal and compliance risk. Inconsistent review standards across departments. Little intelligent tooling — processes were tedious and costly.

Approach. Fused NLP large models, mature rule engines, and RAG into an intelligent review system: a database of thousands of natural-language review rules covering key clauses and risk points; standard contract template library for format and legality; capabilities from single-document fine review to multi-document compare and large-scale batch auto-review; user-friendly Agent builder UI. Also standardized review metrics and guides, smart decision assist with real-time suggestions and risk alerts, and periodic rule updates for regulatory change.

Results. Materially higher compliance-review efficiency and shorter project prep cycles; fewer omissions from human error; standardized + intelligent review lifting contract-management quality; faster business flow across State Grid projects.

Case 3: Internet — Crazy Sports

Pain points. Sports-info platforms need real-time and professional content creation and updates. Heavy overseas news requires translation and localization for domestic fans. Fans expect fast interaction and answers — platforms must cut ops cost while raising satisfaction.

Approach. AI Agents generate match-recommendation content from historical and matchup data; AI translation of overseas news sites and team official pages into the content library; AI fan assistant for real-time Q&A.

Results. Higher content production and consumption; more frequent fan interaction; timely overseas translation diversifying the library; AI fan assistant raising response speed and satisfaction while lowering ops cost; end-to-end AI content pipeline from collection → match analysis → generation — large efficiency gains.
