HICOOL 2024 Global Entrepreneurship Competition closed Aug 25 at China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi) after 200+ days — **200** winners from **7,406** projects across **124** countries/regions.

## Four Unique Capital–recommended winners

**FOSHO** — AI affiliate marketing cloud (Third Prize). FOSHO AI Copilot: first AI affiliate-marketing robot for intelligent query, generation, and reporting. 1,200+ global brands; 10B+ impressions and 100M+-RMB sales scale claims. ~¥10M angel (Jan 2024).

**Penghu Wuyu (鹏鹄物宇)** — satellite IoT / NTN (Merit Award). Founded Sep 2021; Beijing “specialized & new” + national high-tech. 6G NTN focus; self-developed 5G NTN IoT protocol for space–ground fusion. Revenue from terminals + plans; energy / emergency / environmental monitoring; SOE customers; contracts in tens of millions RMB; deployments in 10+ countries; multi-investor backed.

**Weilaishi Intelligent (未来式智能)** — enterprise multi-agent platform “Lingda” (Third Prize). Sinovation Ventures–backed; among first China LLM application explorers. AI Copilot / Autopilot / Autonomous Agent products; “last mile” from LLMs to scenarios; aim 10× productivity for 1B knowledge workers.

**Yiyan Tech (意言科技)** — Tyrion Engine for enterprise GenAI (award listed in CN block with the recommended set). Agentic workflow, tool use, automation, RAG, multi-model routing for complex enterprise systems. Verticals: pharma, manufacturing, finance, retail/CPG, professional services, energy. Responsible-AI governance emphasis. Co-builds with Fortune 500 and top China enterprises.

Five-year cumulative: 24,171 projects / 32,001 founders from 145 countries. 2024 entries +~30% YoY; winner seats expanded 140 → 200 for Beijing policy support.
