People trust people more than cold products. Manufacturing founder-IP used to be slow and energy-expensive. AI digital humans offer a low-cost, high-efficiency video path that frees principals from endless shoots — faster brand-image IP for industrial firms.
Company & brand
Folding Space (2023): applied IT firm putting AI into real business scenes — industry-backed + AI-native, “last mile” from tech to professional scenarios. Brand Suiying (随影): digital IP for growing people/brands — user-centric, brand/IP-led, AI/digital means, influence + monetization goals. AI-native tools for low-cost, short-cycle ROI: digital video, brand strategy, creative, social ops, short video, media, low-follower monetization. Bay Area (GBA) base; focus knowledge-pay and manufacturing founders.
AI as tool, not revolution — attention → trust
Yue: never hype AI as revolution — it’s a tool. Output efficiency explodes; so does garbage — quality bar rises. Grabbing attention is easy (even transformers obsess over “attention”); converting attention to trust is every brand’s hard problem. AI reshapes brand–customer interaction back toward human-centeredness — and makes a formerly hard, high-ROI play simple: personal IP marketing.
Beyond brand strategy you need personal-IP strategy: people earn trust faster than things, especially for non-top brands whose brand equity alone can’t carry marketing but who already have some influence. True enterprise IP, Yue argues, belongs to the founder. When product competition saturates, differentiation is the person — techniques once used to package products will package people.
Founder IP used to be long and complex; AI enables “low cost, low time, high volume” content for growth and low-follower monetization — even outsourcing IP build — via digital humans, AI copy/image/video. Metaphor: fewer carrier battle groups (PGC), more drone swarms (AIGC). AI + founder IP era is opening.
Two “change vs constant”
- Markets/consumers/tastes change — embrace better prediction, lower-dimensional cognition, real-time creative, cheaper refresh. Constant: stand in the consumer’s interest, create value, earn trust via resonance.
- Tech iterates fast — role unchanged: tech is means. Boldly try any consumer-accepted advanced tech; marketing trial cost is low — often “tried vs not” beats “perfect vs imperfect.”
Two watches
Hyper-personalization — LLMs for tailored content/advice/solutions and finer segments.
AR/VR deep situating — sensor infra + immersive experiences matched to current context.
Every marketing upgrade was tech-pushed (print → internet → search/feed ads → AI). Don’t leave marketing and business essence: science is means, process, methodology.
