**Hunyuan Turbo:** Since 2023 Tencent Hunyuan pioneered MoE domestically to balance parameter scale, expert knowledge, and inference cost. Turbo moves from Hunyuan Pro’s homogeneous MoE to a new layered heterogeneous MoE — still trillion-parameter class — with **+100% inference efficiency, −50% inference cost, +20% decode efficiency**. Stronger high-quality writing, math, and logic; ships with AI-search web plugin over WeChat Official Accounts, Channels, and open web for fresher professional Q&A.

**Enterprise AI build stack:**

-   **Infra — Tencent Cloud Intelligent Computing:** heterogeneous compute, IHN high-perf network, AIGC storage, TACO AI accel kit, private intelligent-computing kit — multi-chip compatible, flexible deploy.
-   **Model platform — TI:** one-stop fine-tune lifecycle (data → develop → debug → publish); 20+ base models; one-click enable/deploy.
-   **App layer:** search augmentation + vector DB as “external hard drive” for real-time news/events and private corp data.
-   **Safety — Tianyu:** six-layer content safety (input → preprocess → model → policy → platform analytics → human label ops) so one integration covers the full review path.

**Enterprise GenAI trends & challenges:** (1) Domain RAG is the first practical path — lower hallucination, less GPU/fine-tune cost via vector DB. (2) Agents (memory, plan, tool use) will be the main landing form — either custom Agent platforms or Agent features inside existing enterprise apps. Still early-adopter stage; text hallucination, imprecise image control, video consistency limit precision/stability-hungry B scenes.
