**Vtrip (视旅科技)**: ¥100M+ Series A (Shenzhen Bao One Book Fund, Greater Bay Area Culture Industry Fund under Guangzhou Chengtou et al.) for VtripGPT travel LLM R&D and domestic/overseas destination commercialization. Founded Nov 2021; C-side AI itinerary design + dynamic package booking. Founder Li Shaohua (ex-Fliggy builder); CTO Hui Pengrui (ex-Alibaba AI senior). Early traction Sichuan / Hong Kong / Singapore; some core destinations monthly fulfillment >¥10M.

**Vector Equation (向量方程)**: ~¥10M angel led by Zhencheng — AI digital humans. Founded Mar 2024 by ex-Dedao CTO Shen Renkui; “Pomegranate Digital Human” 1:1 video recreation; shorter shoot time vs. top video-gen vendors; Chinese-native; multi-avatar interaction. Commercial since June; expanding to interactive video.

**Linke Zhihua (临科智华)**: ¥23M seed from Qianyi Capital — high-quality data intelligence. Founded 2024; CEO Wang Xuhui (ex-Scale AI core scientist). Train+infer appliance “Xihua Zhiqiu AW2000”; customers in AV, smart CS, manufacturing; targets ¥150M revenue next year.

**GMI Cloud** (San Jose GPU cloud): $82M Series A led by Headline Asia (Banpu, Wistron strategic); total raised $93M ($15M equity + $67M debt). New Colorado DC to add N. America capacity beside Taiwan/Thailand/Malaysia; headcount to 60–70 by year-end. Differentiates with private-cloud customization + Nvidia NIM; only Taiwan CSP certified under Nvidia NCP/NPN.

**Sierra** (Bret Taylor — ex-Salesforce co-CEO, OpenAI board chair): $175M at $4.5B valuation (Greenoaks lead; ICONIQ, Thrive). Total raised $285M. AI CS chatbots + agents for brands (WeightWatchers, Sirius XM); reduces hallucination; brand-custom personas over OpenAI/Anthropic/Meta models.

**Read AI**: $50M Series B (Smash Capital lead; Madrona, Goodwater follow) — total $81M, valuation $450M. Chrome “Read AI for Gmail” unifies Slack/Teams/Zoom context into Gmail; Inbox AI summaries + reply drafts.

**Zhipu Huazhang** commits ¥125M to JV with Doushen Education (SZ 300010) — AI education R&D/sales; JV registered capital ¥500M (Zhipu 25% / Hainan Hezun 5% / Doushen 70%).
