Historical edition note: This complete translation preserves Unique Research's December 11, 2025 analysis of November Web traffic. Product descriptions, interpretations of token usage, causal explanations for traffic changes and methodological accuracy claims belong to the original report; they are not independently established causal findings or current measurements. “Nami AI Search” renders 纳米AI搜索 and is separate from Nano Banana. Web visits and active-user figures measure different things; neither token usage nor traffic alone proves computing cost, payment, customer retention or a particular workflow. These distinctions do not remove any original claim.
Chronology and model-name clarification: OpenRouter released its report on December 4, 2025, and the Linux Foundation announced AAIF on December 9, 2025, after the November measurement period. They provide later context, not proof of what caused November traffic. The source's “GPT Image 2,” “gpt-image-1/2,” 4K specifications, experience sites and LateNiteSoft comparison are retained as its descriptions; this edition does not establish that OpenAI had launched a model under that name by the source date or operated those sites. OpenAI's dated December 16, 2025 announcement calls that later release GPT Image 1.5. The source's model comparison should not be read as verified technical specifications.
If you only read the latest AI industry news, you might feel that the AI industry is somewhat "imbalanced":
On one side, OpenRouter has just published State of AI: An Empirical Study of 100 Trillion Tokens, telling us that code, reasoning, and agents—rather than the early "chat with me" use cases—now consume the real computing power. On the other, the Linux Foundation has officially established the Agentic AI Foundation (AAIF). Anthropic, OpenAI, and Block joined as co-founding members and donated key protocols such as MCP and AGENTS.md, while giants including Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and Bloomberg lined up to enter, preparing to treat the Agent as next-generation infrastructure.
Meanwhile, competition among image models is also heating up. Google separated Gemini Image into Nano Banana / Nano Banana Pro, emphasizing high-fidelity editing and realism that "looks as if it was shot on a phone." On the OpenAI side, the source says, various experience sites around GPT Image 2 have opened, emphasizing 4K-level detail, accurate text layout, and character consistency across long sequences. Third-party evaluations, such as LateNiteSoft's comparison using more than 600 samples, continue to compare gpt-image-1/2 with Nano Banana: the former is better suited to style transfer and creative filters, while the latter is better at preserving details from the original image for "natural retouching." Neither is an absolute winner that overwhelms the other.
From protocols and patterns of computing-power use to the arms race among image models, the macro story points to the same trend: AI is no longer merely a "chat window" but is penetrating every specific workflow. The real question is whether these changes are already reflected in traffic to specific products across users' browser tabs. That is what Unique Research's November 2025 AI Web Ranking attempts to answer.
I. An "Anomaly" at the Top: ChatGPT Slows While Google's Portfolio Accelerates
Begin with the global leaders. In the November ranking, ChatGPT remains the absolute center of traffic, with about 5.8 billion visits in a single month. One product accounts for roughly half of all traffic among the global top 100. Even so, its month-over-month growth has turned to approximately -5%, and monthly active users have also edged down.
The comparison is more interesting: Perplexity recorded declines in both traffic and monthly active users in this edition of our ranking. Its Web visits fell by more than 13% month over month, while monthly active users dropped by nearly 30%, signaling structural change rather than ordinary fluctuation.
At the same time, almost every product in Google's portfolio is rising:
Web visits to the Gemini site increased by more than 14% month over month, while Google Labs, NotebookLM, and Google AI Studio all recorded double-digit growth of 14% to 17%. Together, the four products already account for approximately 16% of total traffic among the global top 100, and each is growing substantially faster than the market.
Taken together, these developments are difficult to explain as mere seasonal fluctuation. Comparing them with Google DeepMind's recently disclosed product portfolio shows that this round of growth coincides with the release of new models such as Gemini 3 Pro and Nano Banana Pro. Gemini serves as the general entry point; Labs and AI Studio serve developers and experimental tools; and NotebookLM directly enters the "knowledge management + personal knowledge base" scenario.
The data does not show users simply replacing ChatGPT or Perplexity with a single new entry point. Instead, traffic is beginning to split among multiple Google sites: users may open Gemini to research information, enter Labs directly to write a document or brainstorm, and place source material in NotebookLM to summarize a project. This "multipoint collaboration" model aligns with the conclusion of OpenRouter's 100-trillion-token report: we are not "adding another chat product" but "embedding models in an increasing number of work scenarios."
II. From "One Window" to "Multiple Workbenches": How the Leadership Structure Is Being Rewritten
OpenRouter's research contains one key number: reasoning models have consumed more than half of token usage over the past year, while code-related requests have accounted for close to 50% of paid token usage during many periods. In other words, the workloads truly consuming computing resources are no longer casual conversation and simple writing, but programming, complex reasoning, and the "quasi-Agent workflows" built around these tasks.
Comparing the leading products in our ranking reveals that the collective rise of Google's portfolio essentially comes from dividing "one large model" into several workbenches:
Gemini is the general entry point, AI Studio orchestrates applications for developers, NotebookLM turns personal documents, meeting notes, and saved webpages into a searchable semantic space, and Google Labs is a collection of experimental tools and demo projects. They share the underlying models and account system, but users already perceive them as different tools.
By comparison, ChatGPT remains a highly centralized experience: chatting, searching, coding, creating images, and running agents all occur under one domain. This "super entry point" was highly advantageous for educating the market early on, but as users pursue more specialized and controllable workflows, a multi-entry-point matrix is naturally better able to accommodate complex needs. This is why Google's portfolio is growing more impressively even while ChatGPT retains an absolute advantage in scale.
Perplexity's retreat looks like an "early casualty" of this structural migration. On the one hand, search-and-summary experiences are rapidly becoming commoditized by native large-model search, including Gemini Search and browser integrations, as well as Chinese AI search products. On the other hand, OpenRouter's report shows that search Q&A requests are not the category consuming the most tokens; code and multi-step reasoning consume the computing power and create real value. A product that cannot quickly shift toward heavier workflows and relies only on "Q&A + webpage summaries" can therefore easily fall behind during the next stage of growth.
III. Mid-Tier Growth: The Group of Products That Truly Represents "New Demand"
Near the top of the global traffic-growth ranking in November is instead a group of less conspicuous names: customer-service automation provider Livex, MovieFlow, which seeks to bring AI into the short-drama production process, MuleRun, which helps enterprises manage multi-agent orchestration, AI Content Detector, which specializes in duplicate-content detection, and others.
They share one characteristic: rather than replacing general-purpose large models, they embed models in clearly defined, billable business processes. Livex is an intelligent front desk for customer-service teams; MovieFlow directly serves industrialized short-drama production; MuleRun builds infrastructure for Agent scheduling and task orchestration; and Content Detector uses models to identify traces of AI writing and serve platform review. These products do not yet have large bases in our ranking, but most grew by around 100% month over month, showing that genuinely "new AI demand" has clearly shifted from consumer toys to business and professional users.
Chinese products are appearing increasingly often in this tier. Among the top twenty products on the traffic-growth ranking, products from China or Chinese teams going global already represent a substantial share, including Baidu's Comate coding assistant, the MiniMax open platform, YouMind, and ListenHub. All are increasing their presence far faster than the broader market.
Combining this "mid-tier growth" with OpenRouter's 100-trillion-token data reveals an interesting alignment. The report notes that a large share of open-weight-model usage comes from long-conversation scenarios such as role-playing and personalized communication, while closed models dominate coding, reasoning, and complex workflows. Our Web ranking validates the same development from the entry-point side: when products go deep on specific tasks, they can achieve extremely high stickiness and growth even without being top-tier traffic destinations.
IV. China's Market: The "Five Branch Lines" of Kimi, Nami, MiniMax, YouMind, and ListenHub
Returning to China's ranking, the clearest signal in November is that DeepSeek remains the absolute center, but traffic has begun dispersing toward a ring of "branch-line entry points."
By visits, DeepSeek alone accounts for more than 40% of total traffic among China's top 100, Doubao for approximately 12%, and Kimi for about 6%. Ranked by growth, however, the story is entirely different:
Kimi's Web visits grew nearly 49% month over month, while monthly active users increased 34%. Nami AI Search doubled its visits (+104%) and increased monthly active users by more than 80%. Visits to MiniMax Agent grew by approximately 144%. YouMind performed strongly on both the global and domestic traffic-growth rankings: its Web visits increased by approximately 240% in November (the source describes an increase of about 2.4 times the previous month’s volume) and its monthly-active-user growth exceeded 240%, taking first place on China's monthly-active-user growth ranking. ListenHub has not yet entered the leading group for monthly active users, but its visits grew approximately 254% month over month, making it the brightest "new arrival" of November.
The product formats reveal the paths along which China's market is diverging:
From the beginning, Kimi did not define itself as "another chat model." It emphasized long documents, webpage reading, and retrieval augmentation, naturally accommodating a large volume of knowledge workflows containing dense information whose users do not want to read the original material.
Nami AI Search is more like an "integrated" large-model search entry point. In the PC browser, it competes for the territory between Perplexity and traditional search.
YouMind appears to be a productivity tool, but judging from the pace of product evolution, it is more like a "personal Agent console" presented as a desktop for ordinary users, gradually linking entry points for calendars, notes, tasks, data imports, and more.
ListenHub was originally labeled an "audio generation" product and has now introduced PPT creation. This means it does not merely satisfy "I want to listen," but helps content creators directly connect podcasts, course scripts, and presentations into multimodal works combining "audio + slides."
These products share one characteristic: they actively avoid confronting general-purpose large models head-on and instead occupy structural gaps in specific scenarios. In the data, the highest growth points for domestic traffic and monthly active users show that users are clearly no longer satisfied with asking AI "how to make tomato and scrambled egg." They want AI to "help me write code, book tickets, and make spreadsheets." The breakout growth of MiniMax Agent comes precisely from satisfying the advanced need of users who want to "create a dedicated worker of their own."
When the dividend from chat windows is exhausted, "useful" is worth ten thousand times more than "good at chatting."
V. AAIF and the "Agent Era": A Timeline Behind the Ranking
Finally, return to the Agent perspective. The Linux Foundation-led Agentic AI Foundation (AAIF) is a development with long-term consequences that is easy to overlook. It places key projects such as Model Context Protocol (MCP), AGENTS.md, and goose on a neutral hosting platform, seeking to provide unified context protocols and documentation standards for building Agent systems.
Why does this belong in an interpretation of a traffic ranking? Because our data already shows a movement from "products" toward "protocols":
Agent products still appear only sporadically among the global traffic top 100, but nearly ten agent-related applications already appear in the global traffic-growth top 100. In China, the number of sites with "agent" directly written into their product positioning is also increasing, and they are growing significantly faster than non-agent products.
This closely aligns with another observation from OpenRouter's 100-trillion-token report: an "Agent" increasingly consists of multiple models, multiple tools, and a context-management protocol working together, rather than one isolated "intelligent webpage." AAIF first pins that "protocol" firmly to the table to prevent a future of incompatible, closed islands. For industry observers like us, the greater concern is the timeline: once protocols mature and toolchains are complete, will rankings suddenly contain a group of products that appear to be merely vertical applications but are actually running large-scale agent orchestration systems?
From this perspective, our November ranking resembles a "ground-level thermometer" on the eve of the agent era. The slight retreat of leaders, the broad acceleration of Google's portfolio, the rapid growth of mid-tier products serving specific workflows, and domestic players such as Kimi, Nami, MiniMax, YouMind, and ListenHub growing along different branch lines all tell us the same thing:
AI is changing from "one superintelligence" into "an ecosystem composed of countless small intelligences." Traffic is merely the waterline of that ecosystem.
If you are a product manager, entrepreneur, or investor, after reading this November ranking, you might try asking yourself three questions:
Is what I am building competing for a traffic entry point, or is it accommodating a specific workflow?
Does the growth I see come from a short-term topic dividend, or does it correspond one-to-one with new capabilities, as at Kimi, Nami, and ListenHub?
After Agent protocols and infrastructure gradually take shape, will my product become a "plugin" in someone else's ecosystem, or does it have an opportunity to become the "node" that others must connect to?
These questions matter far more than whether "GPT Image 2 can defeat Nano Banana." In users' browsers, the products that truly withstand the test of time will always be those that help them save time, make fewer mistakes, and accomplish things. After all, AI is only the means; life is the purpose. Our ranking records those choices.

02. Research Statement
2.1 Data Notes
The AI product revenue data in this report, article, ranking, or chart is based on real-time tracking of traffic redirected from AI product websites to payment gateways such as Stripe, combined with time-series analysis. This process examines historical visits, fluctuations in monthly active users, and changes in pricing strategy in depth to construct a dynamic revenue-estimation model. The model's core parameters are determined through a three-part validation system comprising paid-conversion-funnel monitoring, reverse calibration using company-disclosed data, and comparison with industry benchmark conversion rates; they are also promptly compared with and corrected against corporate financial reports, financing announcements, and disclosures from authoritative media. Sample validation shows that the mean absolute error rate of predictions remains within ±10%, meeting industry-grade research standards.
The AI product traffic data in this report, article, ranking, or chart is based on the integration of multiple data sources and processing by Unique Research's intelligent algorithms. Monitoring is strictly limited to direct user visits through official applications and websites. Specifically, the data covers only behavior in which users directly access AI products through websites and native applications. It excludes traffic generated through browser plugins/extensions, desktop client software, WeChat/Alipay mini-program ecosystems, embedded services on third-party platforms such as Discord, local deployment of open-source models, API calls, and other indirect-access scenarios. The data focuses on monitoring direct use of AI products on core user endpoints, with the aim of objectively reflecting direct use on mainstream user devices.
Given the complexity and dynamic nature of data collection and processing, as well as the market environment's continual change, the displayed data may contain a certain degree of error and omission. It should therefore be regarded as a reference for research and analysis, intended to provide users with a window into the AI product market, rather than as a definitive basis for specific investment strategies or consulting advice.
Statement on Expanded Data Coverage:
We are actively developing and testing monitoring models for the following emerging fields, which are expected to be included gradually in future quarterly reports:
AI agent (Agents) ecosystems
AI hardware-device sales and activity

2.3 Metrics
• WEB Data Metrics
Visits: The total number of visits to a website during a specified period, such as one month, used to measure the scale of website traffic. Page views during a continuous period of activity count as the same session, while renewed activity after an interval of more than 30 minutes or at the beginning of a new day is counted as a new visit, thereby providing a comprehensive and precise measure of traffic and visitor activity.
Unique Visitors: The number of unique IPs visiting the target website during a specified period, such as one month. If someone visits a website on multiple days during a month, that person is counted as only one unique visitor.
Subscription Revenue (labeled ARR in the source): The total revenue a website earns from subscription services provided to users over a specified period, such as one year. It excludes advertising revenue, transaction commissions, and one-off revenue such as professional services.
• APP Data Metrics
Downloads: The number of times an App is downloaded during a specified period, such as one month. It is generally measured by downloads of a single App from application stores such as the App Store and Google Play, and is an important indicator of an App's popularity and user appeal. It can also reflect the effectiveness of App promotion and marketing activities.
Active Users: The number of unique users who engage in at least one activity during a specified period, such as one month. Active users measure user participation and activity during a specific period and are generally used to evaluate an App's user scale and engagement.
In-App Purchase Revenue (IAP): Revenue generated by purchases that users make within an App to obtain virtual goods, additional services, premium features, and similar offerings. It excludes advertising revenue, direct user payments such as tips, and revenue from third-party Android app stores.

Appendix: Summary of Quarterly Trend Insights
Taken as a whole, the AI Web data for November quietly tells one story: the industry has moved from "one super chat window" into a stage of "multiple entry points and multiple workflows." Growth has slowed for ChatGPT and Perplexity while Google's portfolio collectively accelerated. Combined with rapid growth along domestic branch lines such as Kimi, Nami AI Search, MiniMax Agent, YouMind, and ListenHub, this shows users beginning to select tools by task instead of indiscriminately placing every need in one model.
Images and agents are undergoing the same change. Competition between Nano Banana and GPT Image 2 is fundamentally not about which one draws better, but which one integrates more smoothly into the content-production chain. AAIF's standardization of agent protocols and infrastructure lays the foundation for the next wave of Agent applications. Our ranking can be viewed as a "ground-level thermometer" for this migration: leading entry points remain, but the most imaginative incremental growth has already appeared among the small nodes that can turn AI into specific solutions.
All eight source images carry Unique Research's “AI WEB 100” or “CHINA AI WEB 100” branding, the 100aiapps.cn address and a November 2025 reporting period, but each displays only ranks 1–30. Every displayed row is reproduced below; rows not shown in the source are not invented. IMG_5 and IMG_7 display the same domestic MAU-growth ranking, so their 30 rows are deliberately repeated in their original image order. There are 240 displayed row occurrences and 210 unique image-row records across seven distinct charts; the source supplies no separate domestic visit-growth chart.
The numerical units remain those printed in the charts: visits are in units of 10,000 visits and active users are in units of 10,000 people. MoM means month-over-month percentage change; blank cells remain “blank in source,” not zero. Markets, categories, domains and company associations reproduce the source rather than independently verified classifications. Chinese-only company labels are rendered in English or unaccented transliteration; these are not assertions of official English corporate names.
Source consistency note: The narrative's “14%–17%” growth for all four Google properties conflicts with Google AI Studio's 0.60% visit growth in IMG_0. Its description of most highlighted mid-tier products growing “around 100%” differs from the pictured Livex 6210.75%, MovieFlow 915.16%, MuleRun 435.11% and AI Content Detector 305.88%. ListenHub appears with 305.29% MAU growth in the global chart, yet is absent from the pictured domestic growth chart, which puts YouMind first. The source's interpretations and both chart versions are retained without silently reconciling them. The approximate 2.4-fold increase in YouMind visits means roughly +240% (the chart gives +238.22%), not a final total of 2.4 times the prior month.
