DAY 2 · UNIQUE GROW
The Product Is Built—Now What?
When it comes to going overseas, the bottleneck is never the first step. The real difficulty is what comes after.
When it comes to going overseas, the bottleneck is never the first step.
The first step—more and more people have already taken it: the product is launched, the team is assembled, the target market is chosen.
The real difficulty is what comes after: Where do users come from? How do you do retention? How does your brand get remembered overseas? How do you scale content? The logic of product selection and fulfillment in e-commerce is completely different from China's, and AI has rewritten the entire rulebook once again—growth is far more complex than previously thought.
There is one more thing making this situation harder: the methods that used to work are failing.
Traffic is getting more expensive, the mass-listing logic is starting to break down amid platform fragmentation, the barrier to content-driven customer acquisition is changing, and AI has rewritten the user-reach path itself. Veterans who have been going overseas for five years and new teams just entering the market face the same set of new questions.
What Day2 wants to discuss is the answers that some people have already found within this new set of questions.

From SEO to GEO: How Can Overseas Brands Intercept New Traffic in the Era of Large Models?
Getting your brand to appear in AI's answers, not just on the first page of Google—this is called GEO, and it is becoming a new required course for overseas growth. This session explains how this logic works in practice and where teams should start today.
Roundtable 3 | Cross-Border E-Commerce
How Is AI Reshaping Product Selection Logic, Live-Stream Selling and Cross-Border Fulfillment?
Every link in cross-border e-commerce is being penetrated by AI. But the gap between teams that have truly made this work and teams that have merely "added a few tools" is already widening. This session breaks down what the former are doing differently.

How Is AI Rewriting the Narrative Rules of Global Brands?
Everyone is building overseas brands, but some use AI to mass-produce content while others use AI for precise user mindshare capture. The results of these two approaches are very far apart. This session discusses how overseas brands should tell stories in the AI era and whom to tell them to.
Roundtable 5 | Infinite Studio
How Can AI Industrially Produce Global Content?
Three people, relying on AI content industrialization, simultaneously run over a dozen vertical accounts overseas. This is not a joke—it is something already happening this year. After AI rewrote the cost and efficiency of content production, both the threshold and the ceiling of content going overseas have changed.
Roundtable 6 | Growth Strategy
In the AI Era, How Can You Achieve Low-Cost Viral Growth and Scalable Replication of Overseas Users?
Customer acquisition is expensive, retention is hard, viral growth is slow—are there new solutions to these three problems in the AI era? This session discusses the teams that have truly spun up the growth flywheel with AI and how their methodologies emerged.
Roundtable 7 | Claw's Great Voyage

Roundtable 8 | Cross-Border Collaboration
