What Google Just Presented in Las Vegas, Coming to Shenzhen Three Weeks Later

"

Three weeks ago, Google Cloud Next 2026 opened in Las Vegas.

This year's keynote had just four words: The Agentic Cloud.

It was not about launching new features, but about declaring a direction—making AI Agent the infrastructure of enterprise operations. Google Cloud's quarterly cloud revenue grew 63% year over year, and the token volume processed by its own models through APIs had reached 16 billion per minute. At the same time, the question the industry was discussing changed: no longer "can we build an Agent," but "how do we manage thousands of Agents simultaneously."

What does any of this have to do with people building AI products for global markets?

Google has built a complete full-stack ecosystem for Chinese companies going global. Its full lineup of products—search, marketing and advertising, app stores, traffic monetization, cloud services and more—comprehensively covers the full-chain operational needs of global-facing AI products, from user acquisition and distribution to monetization and cloud deployment.

Especially for AI projects going global, the Google ecosystem has become an indispensable partner. Most domestic startup teams still have enormous potential to further tap the deep value and native capabilities of Google's integrated ecosystem, unlocking greater business growth.

You know the basics of Google Ads but are stuck in the cold-start phase, watching your budget go to waste; you are familiar with AdMob integration but cannot figure out how to build a monetization model for AI products; you are chasing the Agentic AI trend but cannot find a concrete scenario to empower your own product.

On the afternoon of May 21, senior experts from multiple Google business lines—Google Cloud, Google Ads, and Google AdMob—will be at the Unique Awards Shenzhen sub-venue to deeply dissect practical insights from the global-going ecosystem.

Agentic AI Is Here — Google's Full-Chain Empowerment for a New Global-Growth Engine

Time: May 21 (Thursday) 15:00 — 16:30

Venue: The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan · Sub-venue

Keynote 1

AI's New Paradigm: Agentic AI Driving Global Product Innovation

Speaker: Chris Wang, Business Development Manager, Google Cloud

Agentic AI is very different from generative AI of the past in how it is used. Before, you gave it a question and waited for an answer; now you give it a goal, and it breaks it down, plans, and executes on its own. This change has a significant impact on product design—your feature boundaries, user interaction, and underlying architecture all need to be reconsidered. This session explores what new possibilities Agentic AI can unlock when building global products.

Keynote 2

AI Going Global Cold Start: Building a 0-to-1 Global Growth Loop with the Google Ecosystem

Speaker: Aasta Liu, Industry Manager, Greater China Key New Customer Team, Google Ads

The hardest stage of going global is not the mature phase—it is the very beginning: no user base, no data, no idea whether the money you spend will work. What Google Ads can do in the cold-start phase, how to advertise efficiently, and how to turn early investment into sustainable growth—this session is presented directly by Google's Greater China team.

Keynote 3

Remodeling the AI Going-Global Business Model: Empowering the Next Generation of AI Companies to Build a Sustainable Monetization Flywheel

Speaker: Bo Li, Industry Lead, Greater China New Customer Team, Google AdMob

You have users—then how do you make money? The cost structure of AI products is different from ordinary apps, and users' payment logic is different too. Directly applying subscription or advertising models often does not work. AdMob has handled monetization paths for a large number of different product types. This session focuses on what new ideas exist for monetizing AI products going global, and how to actually make the business model work.

These three sessions in one afternoon cover exactly the three things an AI going-global company most needs to figure out: how to rebuild products with Agentic AI, how to gain a foothold in the Google ecosystem during the cold-start phase, and how to monetize once you have users.
